Key Responsibilities:

- Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, health & safety requirements, and internal quality systems.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Oversee resource allocation, procurement, logistics, and contractor management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
- Lead and develop operations and field teams, including site supervisors, installers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Serve as primary operational point of contact for clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, site safety, and operational excellence.
- Implement and manage QA/QC processes, audits, and commissioning protocols.
- Ensure consistent adherence to HSE procedures, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
- Track KPIs such as installation efficiency, cost performance, downtime, and safety metrics.
- Optimise operational workflows to reduce waste and improve project outcomes.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
