Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients.
• Handle office and sales administration tasks.
• Prepare quotes for prospective projects.
• Answer incoming calls and address queries.
• Support sales and operational functions as required.
• Schedule and manage client meetings.
• Resolve client inquiries in a professional manner.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years sales experience from within the construction/architectural industry.
Exposure to the window and door industry (fenestration) is essential, and exposure to aluminium is beneficial.
The ability to connect with all stakeholders in the construction industry is an important attribute. (architects, builders, QS, home owners)

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings and grasp technical fenestration designs.
• Understanding of National Regulations that govern the building and fenestration industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Technically inclined with a knack for accurate calculations.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent time management abilities.
