This is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional eager to grow within a world-class kitchen team while surrounded by the beauty of the African bush. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and creativity across all menus Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain culinary excellence and innovation Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times Support with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment Requirements: ✨ Formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience ✨ Previous experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining establishment ✨ Strong attention to detail with a passion for plating and presentation ✨ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure ✨ A love for nature and willingness to live in a remote bush environment Salary: Negotiable DOE Accommodation: Live-in (meals provided) Start Date: As soon as possible If you are ready to bring your culinary passion to one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations, we want to hear from you!
