• Manage and oversee a team developing, implementing, and optimizing credit intelligence policies, solutions, and processes.
• Ensure delivery of advanced statistical insights and apply them to influence credit decision-making.
• Develop and maintain credit principles, policies, and frameworks to support business objectives.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure quality, timely outputs across the portfolio.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s (Postgraduate preferred) degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
• 6+ years’ experience in retail credit, including advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and policy/process enhancement.
• Portfolio-specific experience of at least 3 years.
• Experience contributing to credit principles, policies, and frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Project management and reporting capabilities.
• Presentation and research skills.
• SQL and descriptive analytics experience advantageous.
