Key Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping to trial balance
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end processing and reporting
• Supplier management and follow-ups
• Customer invoicing and accounts administration
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
• Payroll experience beneficial (but not essential)

Requirements

• Experience on Xero Accounting is essential
• Proven track record as a Bookkeeper (preferably in a tech or SME environment)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Payroll experience advantageous
