Minimum Requirements 35 years experience in a hotel reservations management or supervisory role (essential) Proven proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in revenue optimisation and yield management highly advantageous.
