Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric and a BSc Chemistry (or similar qualification) Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in a similar role Chemical background (Laboratory/Manufacturing) is essential General laboratory work; preparation of test mixtures; pH readings, etc Final Product: Ensure that all required aspects are met for shipments regarding overall product quality Quality readings: Batch pH, SG (specific gravity), and sampling Physically mixing test blends for product development and quality issue investigations, as well as compatibility with other products Operational: Handle and facilitate the use of the reverse osmosis system for production water Capturing data and recording findings Facilitating stock counts Reviewing product formulations and checking for accuracy Handling quality-related issues and communicating with agent/client regarding investigation and findings Scheduling annual calibration of necessary equipment Consultant: Daphney Malotoane – Dante Personnel East Rand
