Minimum skills and experience required:
- Matric Certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- A+ and N+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
- Ability to set up and configure desktops, laptops, phones, and printers
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless)
- Experience in a domain environment (user accounts, passwords)
- Basic experience with Microsoft Intune
- Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Security+, vendor-specific) advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:
- Provide onsite technical support across all company locations
- Configure and set up computers and laptops
- Assist with IT solutions, installations, and network setups
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage devices via Microsoft Intune
- Deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues when necessary
