Role Objectives
- Monitor fleet performance, vehicle movements and compliance in real time
- Maintain continuous communication with managers, staff and customers to ensure seamless operations
- Keep operational activities on schedule and within budgetary constraints
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Coordinate daily route planning, dispatch instructions and problem resolution for customer deliveries
- Liaise proactively with drivers to monitor progress, address issues and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Manage administrative duties including data entry, reporting and documentation in the fleet management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve process efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in driver coordination and fleet tracking systems
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Proactive initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Fluency in English plus at least one additional language
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with fleet management software
