Job Title: Infrastructure ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Infrastructure Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and efficient functioning of all company equipment, assets, and properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly through proactive infrastructure management, timely repairs, and effective resource planning.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment, machinery, and vehicles.Manage building and property upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.Ensure all assets are properly maintained, tracked, and compliant with safety and operational standards.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all infrastructure.Manage contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.Monitor and control maintenance budgets and asset lifecycle costs.Support operational teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, functional work environments.Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and asset registers.Lead projects related to facility upgrades, installations, or expansions.
