Job Description

This is a full time office based position in Ballito, KZN. Are you an organised, proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for real estate? Were looking for an Office Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Ballito, starting as soon as possible! What you’ll be doing: * Running the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office * Supporting and meeting the demands of a driven team of Sales Agents * Managing admin tasks with precision and efficiency * Handling multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure * Creating and managing social media content and campaigns * Ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times What we’re looking for: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate industry * Working towards or already enrolled in NQF4 Real Estate qualification (advantageous) * Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem-solve effectively and independently * Experience in managing or contributing to social media platforms * A team player with a proactive mindset and great communication skills * Preferably based in Ballito or nearby
