• Process new investments, guarantees, withdrawals, and closures
• Capture invoices and process EFTs for business and trust accounts
• Perform monthly billing, reconciliations, and trust balance clean-ups
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to finance-related queries

What you’ll bring:

• Matric and a Bookkeeping Diploma (essential)
• 3+ years’ bookkeeping experience (law firm or professional services advantageous)
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CMS/Aderant, FICA/KYC, or banking processes advantageous
• High accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure
