Current Opportunity: Account Assistant The Account Assistant supports the Account Management team in ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding client service. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced digital agency environment. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and administration. Help coordinate internal teams to deliver digital and creative projects on time and on brief. Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project trackers. Assist in developing briefs, presentations, and performance reports. Manage feedback loops, follow-ups, and approval processes between clients and internal teams. Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning. Maintain up-to-date records of budgets, quotes, and project documentation. Requirements 12 years experience in a marketing or agency environment (internship experience considered). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for learning.
