You will lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to safety, quality,Professional Built Environment Project ManagerJob Purpose:We are seeking an experienced SACPCMP-registered Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for a major built environment project in the KwaZulu Natal.The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and, quality. The successful person will get a 1 year fixed term contract extendable to 24 Months. Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and manage all on-site construction activities related to ESCA Stage 1-6Coordinate Engineering Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesMonitor and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsTrack progress against the construction schedule and report regularly to senior managementManage site logistics, workforce allocation, and resource planningEnsure adherence to contractual obligations and company policiesResolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize impact on timelines or budgetRepresent the company in client and stakeholder meetings when requiredQualifications & Experience:Bachelors Degree or higher academic qualifications in the Built environment.Registration with SACPCMP as a Project Manager PR.CPM (proof of registration required)Minimum 510 years of Project management experience on large-scale infrastructure.
