Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics process; from order dispatch and courier management to tracking, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring accurate data capture on our internal systems. What you’ll do Dispatched order tracking Upload and review data on Zoho system Manage courier queries and packages Resolve logistics issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments, or incorrect deliveries Handle claims when required for courier issues Ensure delays are identified early and escalated Keep sales, customers and relevant parties informed of ETA and confirm deliveries Coordinate with couriers and ensure full and timely delivery Coordinate with warehouse urgent orders to be dispatched and logistic requirements from deployment department Manage ad hoc delivery request globally Manage returns within USA, course to warehouse Get quotes and schedule shipments, ensure collections are arranged and done, track and inform WHS Data capture (cost, dates, timelines) and check delivery reports are correct Process payment uploads for courier shipments Answer queries and update requirements Implement and support continuous improvements in the distribution process Other administrative functions that may arise What you’ll need NQF4 or higher Logistic certificate or higher Excel medium to high level System experience is a plus (SAP, Sage, Zoho for example) Willing to work flexible times Fluent and clear English
