Job Description
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Additional knowledge
- Previous payroll experience would be an advantage
- Must be familiar with or understand basic conditions of employment

- Numeracy
- Literacy
- Good communicator
- Good interpersonal skills
- Sense of personal accountability
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- The ability to ignite positive energy and motivate
Minimum experience
- Input of data onto a computerized payroll system (new engagements, terminations leave etc.),
- Employee queries.
- Checking payroll output.
- Work in a well-organized manner and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, even when under pressure
- To professionally deal with employees and colleagues
- Work in a team to achieve company objectives
