Job Description
- 1–2 years’ experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and baking
- Good understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
- Support senior pastry chefs with daily operations
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
