Warehousing and Operations Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, stock rotation, inventory control aswell as everything in relation to assets and inventory. Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate variances Implement and enforce operational processes, safety standards, and housekeeping practices Ensure warehouse layout, flow, and organisation support optimal efficiency POS receiving and managementLogistics Management Manage daily truck scheduling, routing, trip planning and performance Ensure vehicles are maintained, compliant and road-ready at all times Monitor fuel usage, driver conduct and delivery performance Cross border protocol implementation and knowledgeTrade Finance and Pricing Oversee invoicing accuracy, credit processes, POD control and trade finance compliance Manage pricing updates, promotional pricing, and price file accuracy Work closely with finance to ensure reconciliation, controls and compliance Customer, Sales and SupplierCoordination Support the sales team with order fulfilment, stock availability insights and daily operational needs Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, stock issues, product availability and service levels Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersReportingSend applications.Closing date for applications: 19 November 2025
