FMCG manufacturing concern is looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor . Experience and qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial Experience in managing a team effectively 2 years Supervisory experience with at least 3 years Packaging experience in a grain milling environment Abilities / competencies / knowledge: Leadership capabilities Technical knowledge of Automated Packing Machines Computer literate – Advanced Excel Main responsibilities: Managing and leading the team Managing the optimisation of the packing equipment, spares, parts, consumables, etc Manage OEE’s and packing material Manage and adhere to standards Only South African Citizens need apply.
