Bryanston: Automotive Relief Finance & Insurance Manager – Gauteng, Bryanston posted by Select Motor Recruitment

• Manage the full Finance & Insurance process for vehicle sales during the relief period
• Structure finance deals accurately and in line with compliance and dealership policies
• Capture and process deals using Signio
• Present and sell value-added products to customers
• Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and properly submitted
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the contract period
• Protect the dealership’s financial and regulatory interests by adhering to FAIS and FICA requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager within the automotive industry
• Must be proficient on Signio
• FAIS-compliant with valid RE5 and NCA accreditation
• Strong understanding of finance deal structuring, VAPs, and compliance processes
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Must be available for the entire contract duration: 15 December 2025 – 2 January 2026

Expected Output:

• Ability to competently process and manage approximately 10 finance units during the assignment
• Ensure uninterrupted F&I service and continuity for the dealership
