I am currently building a strong pipeline of IT Desktop Support Specialists for multiple contract roles and long-term assignments. These positions offer exposure to dynamic working environments where you will support users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the stability and performance of essential systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, and business-critical software.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
- Resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
- Assist with basic server checks, backups, and patching.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- A relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, MCSA, or related certificates).
Experience:
- 2–5 years’ experience in IT Desktop or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Exposure to ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Nice to Have:
- Azure Fundamentals or ITIL certification.
- Experience supporting cloud environments.
