Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and driven Accounts Administrator to join our clients team in Lethabong, just outside of Sandton. Our client specializes in the Building Materials Industry, and are well renowned in the area for great quality service, company culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debtors & Creditors Management Monitor accounts, process invoices, reconcile statements, and liaise with customers/suppliers.
- Financial Administration Assist with financial reports, maintain records, and ensure VAT/SARS compliance.
- General Office Support Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, maintain filing systems, and assist with payroll and reimbursements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting administration.
- Experience with accounting software (NAV preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, SARS procedures, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and payroll experience would be a plus. Looking for a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail.
