You won’t just be filling desks; you’ll be building careers and partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve:
- The Hunt: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying top-tier talent across various sectors to build a bulletproof pipeline.
- The Craft: Creating standout job adverts, polishing candidate CVs, and managing the entire administrative process with clients.
- The Matchmaking: Conducting interviews aligned with client expectations, arranging interviews, and managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement.
- The Relationships: Building deep, positive connections with both clients and candidates, while keeping a sharp eye out for new business opportunities (yes, a bit of cold calling is part of the adventure!).
- The Details: Conducting thorough reference and background checks, preparing offers of employment, keeping internal systems flawlessly updated, and collaborating in our weekly team meetings.
- The Team Spirit: Pitching in to stand at reception when the team needs an extra hand.

- The Basics: A Matric certificate is essential.
- The Edge: A qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field gives you a distinct advantage.
- The Track Record: 3–5 years of solid recruitment experience with a proven history of making successful placements.
- The Skills: Exceptional sourcing abilities, rock-solid administration skills, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and a high attention to detail.
- The Language: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (jy sal gemaklik tussen albei moet kan vlot gesels!).
- The Vibe: A team player who thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment.
