Supplier Sourcing: Actively find, evaluate, and manage a diverse portfolio of external suppliers (for production/branding) to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery. Quote Compilation: Conduct detailed project scoping and compile accurate quotes for clients based on supplier pricing and production needs. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier margins to ensure competitive rates and the best value. Order Management: Issue accurate supplier purchase orders (POs) and proactively follow up on quotes and orders to maintain the production schedule. REQUIREMENTS Essential Skills Organisation & Detail Communication Problem-Solving Technical Proficiency Experience Required Proven experience in a project management or procurement role with a strong emphasis on client/supplier management and estimating (7 years preferred). Industry experience in print, corporate gifting, external production, or BTL Advertising is highly advantageous.
