The successful candidate will be responsible for the following Develop and maintain testing methods for packaging, raw materials, in-process products Provide training on testing and inspection methods to Incoming Material QC Inspectors, Lab Technicians and Line QC Inspectors Ensure that all material delivered are analysed Compiling shift roster for Line QC Inspectors to ensure adequate coverage on the production lines. Manage the calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment used Ensure daily verification of equipment is done Procurement of laboratory equipment and consumables Other related duties Qualifications Matriculation Degree/Diploma in Chemistry/Biotechnology or related Skills 5 years experience in the Manufacturing industry (chemical background advantageous Knowledge of Quality Management systems Must be analytical Benefits Provident fund
