George: Administration & Data Analysis

About the Role This is a newly created and evolving position within a United States–based medical practice. The successful candidate will support the medical billing and administrative operations by accessing multiple databases to gather missing or incomplete information, reviewing daily reports, identifying discrepancies, and preparing data for processing. The role requires someone who is able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with both team members and supervisors. Key Responsibilities Administrative support for a US-based medical practice Data analysis and data entry Investigating and researching discrepancies within medical data Preparing accurate information for processing Reviewing daily system reports Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and support supervisors where needed Minimum Requirements 1–3 years relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong English language skills (written and verbal) Quick learner—comfortable navigating new systems and processes Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong administrative and research capabilities Excellent communication skills across all levels Valid driver’s license Willingness to perform any task required to support the team Additional Information Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 SAST (Aligned with US Central Standard Time) for the first 3 months for Training purposes Contract: Full-term Contract Remuneration: R15,000 – R20,000 (commensurate with experience) Start Date: December 2025 Please Note Only candidates who meet the required experience and criteria will be contacted.
