Internal Sales Representative Electrical Manufacturing Centurion Requirements Matric Experience in internal sales or customer service Strong communication & problem-solving skills Good attention to detail & multitasking ability Computer literacy (Excel & Outlook) Syspro and electronic manufacturing knowledge = advantageous Able to work under pressure and handle urgent queries Key Responsibilities Handle email/phone/walk-in sales enquiries Prepare quotes, pricing, and process sales orders Assist customers with product info, availability, and lead times Maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups Coordinate with Production, Purchasing & Planning for accurate orders Update and track orders on the system Maintain customer data, forecasts, and documentation Identify upsell opportunities and resolve customer issues
