Responsibilities:

• Assist in keeping detailed and organised records of documentation as per legal requirements.
• Assist in responding to queries relating to accounts payable transactions.
• Compare invoices received from suppliers to correspond with the relevant purchase order of GRV’s.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly supplier reconciliations.
