BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER – SKIN CARE INDUSTRY

CAPE TOWN – Western Cape, South Africa (ZA)

START: 01 January 2026

REPORT TO: Head of Department

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• 100% Office-based
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am – 17:00pm

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Gross Basic Salary: R45 000 R55 000 per month (Based on company’s prescribed requirements)
• Provident Fund Contribution
• Group Life Contribution
• R1, 500 Medical Aid (maximum subsidy if you are principal member)
• 5x Skin Care products per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Non-negotiables):

1. South African citizen
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing – or similar field
3. A minimum of 4+ years proven digital marketing experience in luxury and premium goods (preferably Skin Care / Cosmetics and personal grooming, or Pharma)
4. Website management expertise
5. Proficient in digital marketing analytic tools
6. SEO experience
7. Proficient in MS Office
8. Strong team dynamic
9. Keen interest in Skin Care and personal care sector
10. Able to manage several campaigns across all social media channels
