GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER — Luxury Estate, Franschhoek

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to join a world-class luxury estate in the heart of Franschhoek. This exclusive-use property hosts 8–16 guests and forms part of a prestigious Luxury Collection known for refined hospitality and effortless, memorable experiences.

This is a live-out role and requires an individual with deep expertise, grace under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated guest journeys.

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5+ years’ experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality

• Exceptional wine knowledge — service, pairings, and cellar management

• Strong culinary and fine-dining understanding, including menu structure and service timing

• A warm, spontaneous, and guest-centric personality with polished communication

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Reliable own transport and a valid driver’s licence

• Professional habits and consistent reliability

• A collaborative approach across both front and back of house

Additional Advantages:

• Formal hospitality or sommelier training

• Experience in boutique luxury properties or high-end event service
