We are looking for a distinguished hospitality professional with a proven background in successfully managing luxury lodges in remote locations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strong financial management abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality, sustainability, conservation, and community upliftment. – This position is only open to Namibian Citizens Requirements Previous experience in running a five-star operation as Lodge Manager or GM Specialized training in managing human resources, preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Computer and financial skills. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Access. Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines High energy levels. Good staff motivator skills.
