Leadership & Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team that anticipates needs and embodies our ethos. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring impeccable standards and efficiency. Beverage & Wine Program Integration: Collaborate with sommeliers and bar teams to curate standout pairings. Hospitality Innovation: Drive benchmarks aligned with elite global rankings like Eat Out, Michelin, and World’s 50 Best. Financial & Stock Control: Handle daily cash-ups, staff rosters, wages, stock takes; monitor metrics, optimize efficiency, control costs, and maximize revenue. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading Eat Out 3-plate, Michelin-starred, or World’s 50 Best-calibre restaurants. Natural leadership with passion for service, hospitality, and guest engagement. Deep knowledge of global fine dining trends, luxury service, and wine pairing. Exceptional organizational and operational skills. Lightspeed/Marketman experience (or similar) advantageous. Ability to thrive under pressure with calm, composed presence.
