Johannesburg: JAVA Developer

What you will be doing: Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Contribute to solution design, technical specifications, and architectural discussions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications. Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers within Agile teams. Ensure systems comply with security, performance, and regulatory requirements. What we are looking for: Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a related field. 5 years experience in Java development. Strong experience with Java, Angular, Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
