Johannesburg: Contracts Manager (HVAC) – Kempton Park

Key Responsibilities Manage all Construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety & efficiency. Strong leadership, organizational skills and hands-on experience in the HVAC, Ventilation, air-conditioning, Glass and Aluminum Industry and roofing industries (Essential) Required Experience Min of 5 years previous experience as a Site Supervisor (Essential) Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Proven track record in the HVAC Industry Extensive experience in Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Roofing Able bodied to climb ladders at various heights. Sound knowledge of Building Codes and Construction Safety Regulations Working knowledge of Construction tools and equipment. Management of the Contracts Department, including staff projects, safety and quality Remuneration : R35 000 depending on experience (Negotiable)
