Job Summary:

Our Client in the Shipping sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Internal Coordinator to support and coordinate internal IT activities within their shipping company. This role serves as a critical link between the IT department and internal users, ensuring effective communication, seamless system support, and the coordination of IT services across departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems, preferably within a maritime or logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing daily updates with system developers.
• Distribute update information to internal users.
• Train internal staff on system usage.
• Monitor and ensure compliance in the use of internal systems.
• Coordinate and finalize system settlement processes.
• Liaise with vendors and external support partners as needed for IT service continuity.
• Monitor and maintain IT documentation, such as system configurations, user guides, and service logs.
• Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection protocols within internal operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 Years of Experience in an IT Support or coordination role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or a related industry.
