• Validate models end-to-end across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Build challenger models to stress-test assumptions and improve model performance.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to provide insight, feedback, and model challenge.
• Review, document, and report findings clearly to support risk and decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Honors in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
• 3+ years’ experience building, validating, or monitoring scorecards (credit application, behavior, or marketing).
• Solid experience with data mining, predictive modelling, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of the full credit lifecycle.
• Able to work across multiple model types without getting overwhelmed.
