Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Tender Administrator to support our Clients Tender Department with the preparation, coordination, and submission of large electrical tender projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist with compiling, formatting, and submitting tender documentation Track tender deadlines, clarifications, addendums, and submissions Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance information Ensure all documentation meets client requirements and tender specifications Maintain an organised tender database and document control system Support the tender team with administrative duties, filing, proofreading, and quality checks Requirements Proven experience in tender administration (electrical or construction industry advantageous) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Advantageous Skills: Understanding of electrical contracting or engineering terminology Experience managing large, complex tender submissions Familiarity with compliance documents
