Proficiency with computers is a must and experience working with CRM software is an advantage and so is previous call centre experience. Ideal qualities for the position include:

The work schedule is a rotational schedule of 5 working day week including weekends and two days off. The working day is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Training will be provided for product knowledge and product information as well as CRM software
