Job Description:
Lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, including manufacturing acquisitions
Oversee capital structure, liquidity, and risk management for sustainable growth
Drive JSE listing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
Manage investor relations, building trust and transparency with key stakeholders
Deliver strategic insights to the board and influence high-level decision-making
Champion financial governance and operational excellence across the organization
 
Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in executive-level financial leadership
Proven success in M&A, deal structuring, and acquisitions, particularly in manufacturing
Strong understanding of JSE listing requirements and corporate governance
Exceptional ability to manage investor relations and stakeholder engagement
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
 
Qualification:
CA(SA) qualification – NON-NEGOTIABLE
