Durban North: FP&A Accountant posted by Network Finance

Join a fast-growing, innovative business as an FP&A Accountant in their finance team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Finance, gaining exposure to executive-level decision-making. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking CA(SA) who enjoys analytical work and making strategic contributions across the business.

Other Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and rolling projections.
• Conduct variance and scenario analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management and departments to address financial needs and guide informed decisions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and long-term financial planning through analysis and reporting.

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Strong academic record with first-time board passes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Exceptional Excel proficiency
• Experience in the BPO industry (advantageous)
