Gauteng: Skills Development Facilitator | HR Business Partner posted by GAP Consulting

• Must have a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience, specifically within the Engineering | Manufacturing or related Industry
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management required
• Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) accreditation and experience will be highly advantageous
• Proficient in SAP and Sage 300 People essential 
• Experienced with Managing Labour Legislations within a Unionised environment including Collective Bargaining and Dispute Resolution
• Strong knowledge of HR Legislation and Best Practices required 
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request

Salary Structure:

• Annual CTC of R 600K, based on experience
• Includes Provident Fund
