Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Assist shoppers with product advice and recommendations
• Maintain store standards, including merchandising and stock replenishment
• Operate POS systems, handle payments, and complete transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals

Minimum Requirements:

• Retail experience is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confident, energetic, and team-oriented
• Technically competent with iPads, computers, and POS systems
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Matric
