• Education & Experience: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or service-driven role.
• Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service, manage bookings, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail when completing documentation, processing rentals, and managing billing or inspection records.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Driver’s Licence: Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to commute to the airport.

Highly Advantageous:

• Previous experience in the car rental, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with rental or reservation software systems.
