• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender in a hotel or cocktail bar
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and guest-facing personality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to guests
• Provide professional, engaging bar service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
• Assist with stock control and minimise wastage
• Support special events, themed evenings, and other bar-related activities
