• Logistics planning
• Capacity forecasting
• Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs
• Manage customer expectations
• Damage investigation and root cause analysis
• Collection and delivery scheduling
• Updating and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System, including tracking of vehicles
• Manage monthly billing of customers
• Understand and maintain the Company’s SOPs
• Reporting on the Company’s performance in daily / monthly meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics and Marketing Management
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Key Account Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work outside of normal operating hours
• Willing to work away from your home depot when required
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently
