We are ideally looking for skilled and talented young chefs with experience in fine dining RESTAURANTS and WINE ESTATES rather than conventional hotels to become a perfect fit within this small close-working team. REQUIREMENTS: Recognised Cheffing Qualification Minimum 3 year experience within a la carte fine dining. Ability to engineer menu’s and create daily changing 3 course meals for evening service Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to liaise with guests directly Must be PASSIONATE about food and exciting about your cheffing career Knowledge and skill of food and wine pairing
