Main Duties Gathering data on real estate (lead generation) Surveying properties for sale Organizing photography and home staging Engage with sellers and should be capable of discussing their property and the surrounding area with expertise. Valuation – capable of using reliable methods to assess a property’s value. Arrange and participate in exhibition days. Capable of creating a marketing strategy for a property. Act on behalf of the seller during discussions with prospective purchasers. Track sales and communicate with all parties involved, such as mortgage brokers, currency brokers, conveyancers, and other real estate agents.
