Job Description
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an individual for the position of Business Operations Manager in Cape Town for our client. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations in Cape Town. This includes developing and implementing effective operational strategies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless operation of all systems in alignment with quality standards
- Optimize efficiency across all business procedures
- Establish production KPIs and perform quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations, addressing issues promptly
- Develop processes aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Analyse financial data, proposing solutions to enhance profitability
- Collaborate with HR to align hiring plans with business needs
- Incorporate stakeholder needs into strategic planning
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of operations management
- Proficiency in forecasting models, databases, and project management software
- Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma in Business Management or relevant field preferred
