Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in bridge structures
Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee and manage construction operations with a specific focus on bridge structure projects. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, capable of managing site teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities for bridge construction
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures
Maintain site documentation and reporting
Resolve site-based challenges and ensure efficient resource allocation
Key Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on experience in bridge structure construction
Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site regulations
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in site reporting and project tracking
