Requirements – Minimum 3–5 years as a Sous Chef in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment; previous 5-star experience highly advantageous. – Ability to lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. – Assist in creating innovative menus that reflect seasonal and local ingredients. – Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food cost management. – Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards. – Comfortable working in a remote lodge environment with a flexible approach to guest needs. – Creative flair and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
